Fixing
There are numerous applications that require components to be fixed in plants or appliances in preparation for machining. This can be achieved in a wide variety of ways. In many cases, the fixing elements in contact with the component, such as cylindrical pins, blank holders or jaws in particular, must meet high requirements. Electrical insulation, high temperature or wear resistance frequently call for high-performance materials.

Sample Solutions
Cylindrical pin
Ceramic cylindrical pins - also referred to as dowel pins - are extremely versatile and are used as stops, as bearing shafts for idler pulleys, as printed circuit board holders or for fixture construction in welding technology.
Blank holders
Blank holders serve to hold components securely in position in the application. They are typically held against a surface/contour.
Positioning pin
Positioning pins are used for the controlled positioning to extremely fine tolerances of components and moulded sheet metal parts.
