Cerazur® is the name of our high-performance ceramic made from partially stabilised zirconium oxide.
When used in technical applications, Cerazur® offers enormous potential for designing procedures and processes that are more stable, durable and ultimately more reliable.
Due to its high flexural strength and hardness, this material is ideally suited to applications involving high mechanical loads. Here, Cerazur® offers a solution where tungsten carbides approach their limits.
The scope of application of the blue high-performance ceramics ranges from locating bolts to positioning pins all the way to complex geometries such as test plugs.
