We have a well-equipped stock of all common and many special high-temperature materials as standard.

We process these with automated, high-precision machines and deliver semi-finished products, standard articles or drawing parts within a very short time. In doing so, we cover the important temperature ranges from 150 °C to 1,000 °C.

Electrical and thermal insulation components up to 1000 °C

Our range of services includes external insulation for uniform heat distribution in the mold as well as pressure-transmitting insulation for thermal separation of machine and mold. DOTHERM insulation panels are manufactured as unique products, adapted to the special shape and function of the molds.

Each product is manufactured on state-of-the-art machines and has precisely defined material characteristics according to international standards.
