The inherent functions of components and assemblies made from DOTHERM or ISOCOS and DOCERAM materials make industrial processes possible in the first place because they protect those involved in the process from exposure to excessive temperatures, electrical voltages and active media.
The materials also make an important contribution to consistency by improving the quality of products in the development process as well as reducing and stabilising any variances in the process.
The primary objective in this case is to ensure seamless integration into existing constructions and systems and to realise cost-effective solutions with short delivery times.
Outstanding examples of solutions delivered to date are our heat protection plates for multi-cavity injection moulding tools with functional coatings, frame and piston insulation elements in presses used in the wood-based materials industry or welding centring pins for the automotive industry.
